Emmeppi s.r.l. is a company synthesis born from productive experience, started by the family Pezzotti during the sixties and has privileged suppliers for the SNIA viscosa in the factory Rayon of Rieti.

Rayon tessile sector
In 1983 the new FCT 3000 spinning machines that revolutionated the way of producing viscosaRayon was created and installed in Rieti.

Pezzotti carried out, with success, important particular mechanic and plastic supplies;in that occasion and for the first time in the world plants were created that still permit today the constructions by means of roller and cylinder centrifugation using resin. During the years the techniques were turned to the specify sector of Rayon viscosa and ultimately refined so much to concern production of absolute excellency.

Mechanic sector of precision
At the beginning of the seventies, the family Pezzotti, with their own productive structures, acquired notable experience in the specific field of precision mechanics supplying various articles, tools and intricate parts to primary industries like Intermotor (today Lombardini), Telettra (today Alcatel) Vannossi Sud (today Schneider Electric Industrie Italia) and Texas Instruments. From this experience the Emmeppi found the necessary technical resources and professional unit to affront, with success, the production challenges centralized on beliefs of quality, flexibility and cheapness.

In 2004 Emmeppi has obtained the certification of quality version UNI - EN ISO 9001:2000 and the share capital was increased to € 100.000,00.
The turnover in 2007 has been changed of + 53% and for 2008 is expected to reach € 3.000.000,00. The workforce is currently 38 units.

In October 2007 Calf SpA, a leader in the design and construction of machinery and mechanical fittings for large companies, entered the Emmeppi corporate structure located in Montecchio Emilia (RE). By April 2008 Emmeppi will transfer to a new structure situated in via F.M. Malfatti 67, Vazia (RI), where more spaces available and the best location of departments factory assembly, cutting materials, centrifugation, storage and quality control, will give a further boost to development.
